Visofold doors fold open effortlessly, gliding on stainless steel rollers allowing unrestricted thoroughfares and the maximum use of space and light. The signature smooth contours and curved clean lines create an attractive aesthetic that will complement any home, whatever your taste or style.

Visofold’s aluminium sections utilise the latest polyamide thermal barrier technology. This advanced profile technology creates a thermal transmittance barrier between the cold outside and the warm inside.

The sashes can be glazed with a range of double or even triple glazed sealed units up to 38mm, and threshold options are available to give improved weather performance.

Sliding sashes have the option of folding back internally or externally,
with a wide choice of sash configurations.

Aluminium profiles are finished in polyester powder coated paint and are available in a huge range of colours and finishes that includes dual colour, realistic wood structure and metallic paint options. The polyester powder coated paint finish is produced to the highest standards and quality assured.

Your home will be protected from unwelcome visitors with the
assurance given by high security multi-point locking mechanisms
fitted on opening sashes, shoot bolt locks on floating mullions and
internally glazed sealed units.

This series of folding doors is mostly used in hotels and restaurants, stores and in private houses, in order to open a complete wall to create a larger space in the summer.
The system is also interesting for conservatories to use as a screen you can open completely in summer times.

Materials:

Extruded out of aluminium-alloy AlMgSi 0,5 F22 according to DIN 1725.
Tolerance according to DIN17618.

Visofold

Finishing:

Electrostatic powder coating: according to the guidelines of APA-Qualicoat in most of the current RAL-colours.
Possible to colour in wood structure to imitate different woods (Powder coated according to Qualicoat). All coatings will be delivered with a certificate of guarantee for 15 years.
Anodisation: in satin or bronze colours with E.E.W.A./EURAS-Qualanod quality label.
Thermal break: The profiles consist of 2 aluminium extrusions which are separated from one another by polyamide strips PA 6.6.25 reinforced with glass fibre. A gluing thread, rolled and pushed in together with the thermal break profile, ensures a strong adhesion after melting and flowing, when the profiles are heated in the hardening furnace.

A large amount of combinations is possible with or without a walk-through door.
Choice between a high or low sill profile. The low one allows you to level out the frame with the floor.
Possible to make a side or upper lighting window in the same series with the same look.
In the folding elements you can place another sash (e.g. top-hung window).

The strong, thermally broken aluminium sections enable the creation of dramatic sliding sashes with large glass areas without reducing thermal or weather resistance. Special sliding mechanisms enable even the largest sashes to slide open and closed smoothly, whatever their size.

When closed these large sliding doors form a thermally efficient glass façade, a wonderful way to flood a space with light and enjoy beautiful views.

Visoglide Sliding Door Visoglide’s aluminium profiles are styled with an attractive modern aesthetic with signature strong lines that balance the quality of the large sashes.

The thermal performance of aluminium sections is enhanced with Polyamide thermal barrier technology, enabling Visoglide doors to exceed the performance requirements of current building regulations.

Sliding sashes will accept a range of glazingoptions, including double or tripled glazed units up to 29mm.

Visoglide is available in a huge range of powder coated paint colours and finishes, including dual colour, realistic wood structure and metallic paint options.
